At Leather & Stone Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Our Policy

Customers can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

All return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition.

Once the return is received, refunds can take up to 3 days to process.

We are happy to repair or replace damaged jewelry within 90 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
